Warranty
Our 10-year workmanship warranty and the material guarantees that back it.
Workmanship coverage
We warrant the installation and workmanship of your fence for 10 years from the date of completion. If a post shifts, a joint fails, or a gate goes out of alignment due to our installation, we will repair it at no charge.
Material warranties
Manufactured materials (iron, aluminum, glass, hardware) carry the manufacturer's own warranty, which we pass through to you. Natural wood is a living material and is subject to the exclusions below.
What is not covered
- Natural weathering, checking, and color shift of wood — these are normal and expected.
- Damage from earth movement, settling, flooding, or wildfire.
- Impact damage, vandalism, or modifications made by anyone other than our crew.
- Coastal salt and sun exposure beyond the maintenance schedule provided for your material.
How to make a claim
Email hello@sandiegofencing.online with your name, address, and a photo of the issue. We will respond within five business days and schedule a repair visit if the claim is covered.
Your maintenance
Coverage assumes you follow the maintenance schedule provided at handoff — resealing wood, rinsing glass, and touching up iron as needed. We are happy to perform this maintenance for you under a service plan.
