Terms of Service
The terms that govern estimates, proposals and installations by San Diego Fencing.
The estimate
Preliminary ranges shown by the configurator are approximations based on the details you enter and are not a quote or contract. A fixed, itemized proposal is issued only after an on-site survey.
The proposal
Our written proposal is valid for 30 days. Acceptance requires a signed agreement and a deposit. Pricing is locked once the agreement is signed; material cost changes after that point are absorbed by us.
Permits & utilities
We obtain City of San Diego, County, and Coastal Development Permits where required and call 811 Dig Alert on your behalf. We are not responsible for delays caused by utility locates, HOA approvals, or conditions concealed behind existing structures.
Warranty
Workmanship is warranted for 10 years; material warranties follow the manufacturer's terms. See our Warranty page for full coverage and exclusions.
Payments
A deposit secures your build slot. Progress payments align with milestones. Final payment is due upon completion and walkthrough. Details are specified in your agreement.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the work performed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the fence.
